Check the MX
record(s) of your domain.
Some resolvers and/or systems could cache your systems for a long while, after a change of these record(s), if that’s the cause, you would have no other options to wait.
Feel free to share your domain name, if we should look further in to it with you.

Dear Team,
we are using a website in an a2host dedicated server & for emails in Office 365 so please advise us where to update the MX records and also please send me mx records for the office365 outlook
According to Microsoft documentation:
You’ll get the information for the MX record from the admin center domain setup wizard
