Email is not sent even with correct DNS setting

What is the issue you’re encountering

Emails cannot be sent from my fastmail account.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I double-checked all DNS settings and cross-checked with the other Cloudflare account that I have for a different domain (jtlhub.com). I could send emails with the other domain without any problem.
I’ve used app.fastmail.com to ensure there are no hiccups with Outlook. I’ve used mail-tester.com and it showed “we didn’t get your email”

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Sending any email to my Gmail account could reproduce the issue.

…Cloudflare has nothing to do with your email. Check with your mail provider that the configuration for the domain on their service is correct.
