Other than publishing the DNS records that you provide, Cloudflare has no involvement with your email. This means that beyond checking to verify that you have published any records that you choose to share with us, there is little else that the community can offer to assist you with inbox placement.
Your domain appears to have both a valid SPF and DMARC record, even if the DMARC record lacks enforcement provisions due to the policy of none and has a sub-optimal rua that appears to be little more than a mailbox. If you would like your DKIM records confirmed, you will need to share your DKIM selectors.
It is entirely possible to have valid DMARC, DKIM and SPF and still have your email wind up in spam quarantine. You may want to look into other online tools like those offered by dmarcian and mail tester.
Using an online DMARC aggregation service, such as dmarcian, tends to produce more useful and readily accessible results from DMARC reports than trying to wrangle those XML files by hand.
