Email has been made by someone else and doesn’t allow me to have access to it

I have an issue , I hired someone to make my website and email for my business and he did everything. He give me my server details but when I asked him who is my web host he said he can’t share it because he works there. So after doing a dns search in google I found out that it is with Cloudflare. Unfortunately Cloudflare doesn’t have number for support or an email for support.
Yesterday I asked him a question he send me PayPal invoice for asking him question when I said I am not paying you because I just asked you a question he deleted my account and my website , after saying sorry and all he recovered it but first he made me pay him 150 euro!!! I am really pissed off and he isn’t telling me my webshost so I can migrate everything to another provider.

My question is what can I do because when I search my domain it came edna ns Cloudflare
And since Its my business email it is very very important I don’t lose anything I am worried and don’t know what should I do

Cloudflare won’t give you any information about an account that is not yours.

You haven’t given the domain name, but if the site is behind the developer’s Cloudflare account, using the developer’s hosting, there’s probably nothing you can do. Do you at least have access to the domain registration?

Yes I do have access to my domain registration and he give me details of my the host server only
