What is the issue you’re encountering
our company domain is hosted by lonex and I configured outlook dns records to use outlook. it was successful and we can receive emails but when we tried to us the contact form in our website which also comes within lonex, the email address is not receiving the email. can anyone please help on this.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I deleted my email account from the host domain and enter outlook provided smtp url.
