Email forwarding verification

setting up email forwarding, and have not received the Cloudflare verification email. Anyone know how to remedy this? If it helps, the forwarding email is a gmail address

May I ask if this is related to the Email Routing feature at Cloudflare or?

May I ask if you’ve tried with the “Resend” process? :thinking:

And you’ve double-checked if it’s not in the Spam/Junk folder of the Gmail neither?

Without posting your email here, may I ask if the email address is he same as assigned to your CF account and the Community Forums or different? :thinking:

Unfortunately, it knows to happen if your email address somehow got to be on the suppression list due to an opt-out, or bounces :thinking: @cloonan

I do not see a “resend” process? When I try to do it again, there’s an error message “duplicate zone, code 2014”
Its not in the spam folder. And yes, its the same that is on my CF account and Community Forums

Thank you, I show those as being delivered but went through the routine to remove your email as a justincase. I suspect it’s something in the Email Routing setup.

ok so what are my next steps?
