Which one of the service plans do i need to have an email forwarding option enabled?
Cause at the moment i see it is absent in manu in my user interface at cloudflare.com

No plan required, it’s free.
It’s not in the main interface, you can only see it under a website/zone, under Email → Email Routing. You can use this magic link as well: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/email/routing/overview
