Email forwarding/routing problem

Hello, I added a new email address to be forwarded to my other person Gmail address. I then verified the account in Gmail and returned to Cloudflare. But my new email routing address doesn’t show up and instead I’m returned to dashboard to set up a new one. When I try to do it again I get an error (presumably because it’s already set up). I can’t access it or edit any settings. Any help appreciated.

May I ask if you’ve tried to log out and log back into your Cloudflare account, therefore navigate to the desired zone and check for Email Routing feature? :thinking:

Have you tried clearing your Web browser’s cache and cookies?

How about using an Incognito (private) Window or a different Web browser?
