Email forwarding problem, custom domain configuration, emails not reaching private

I am reaching out to the community for help with an email forwarding issue I am facing on Cloudflare. Specifically, I am having trouble receiving emails forwarded from the address REDACTED, which belongs to the Ministry of Interior of my country.

While emails from other addresses are successfully reaching my private inbox, emails from the Ministry of Interior’s address are not being forwarded. Despite confirming that the emails are not spam and checking the forwarding settings, the problem persists.

I kindly request any advice, suggestions, or insights from the community on how to resolve this email forwarding issue with emails from REDACTED. Any assistance in troubleshooting or adjusting settings on Cloudflare to ensure successful forwarding from this specific address would be greatly appreciated.
