I use my domain solely for email routing. I was wondering if there was a way to filter emails coming from a specific address. Thanks.
The stand-alone Email Routing will not be able to filter any messages, or otherwise offer any granularity at all.
If you’re going the more advanced way, by using Email Workers, you would have the opportunity to gain much more control over things, however, that path may unfortunately not be as easy, as the traditional Email Routing would be.

There have also been a recent thread about filtering away senders based on specific TLD (e.g. .com, .net, …), or where the sender address had specific words in it, by using Email Workers, which might be helpful, if you’re taking that path:
