When sending emails, I receive a “Delivery Failed” message. Some clients also receive a “Cannot connect to server” error.

Since moving my DNS to Cloudflare, I am unable to send or receive emails. It seems like the DNS settings might be incorrect.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I checked and verified my MX records to ensure they point to the correct mail server.
I set my email-related DNS records (e.g., mail.example.com) to “DNS only” to avoid Cloudflare’s proxy, as I know it doesn’t proxy SMTP traffic.

Setup a domain with Cloudflare DNS.
Attempt to send/receive emails via my configured email server.

On the contact page I get success message “The form was sent successfully.”.
