Email deliverability issues, think emails are going to spam

What is the issue you’re encountering

Email deliverability, I think emails might be going to spam

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Asked a recipient. I’m no expert but checked my spf,DKIM and DMARC records and they look correct according to AI, I checked MX Toolbox to see if I am on any blcklists and that doesn’t appear to be the case.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Send an email

Are you sending emails via online Outlook interface, or rather using MS Outlook on your device such as Windows desktop PC, mobile phone Outlook, etc.?

You’ve got CNAME mail.yachtsandproperty.com pointed to your domain hostname yachtsandproperty.com which is unproxied :grey: (DNS only) and pointed to your origin host/server IP address.

Could be you’ve got your email client on your device configured to use mail.yachtsandproperty.com hostname for POP/IMAP/SMTP instead of using Microsoft Office 365.

Otherwise, you’ve got your MX value pointed to old setup of Microsoft 365, while you’ve moved to your new email provider (using web hosting server IP address instead)?

Thank you for the message. I think I’ve fixed it, I had an error in my dmarc settings. if you could check it for me again though, I’d appreciate it. Thanks
