Hello,
Since enabling Cloudflare, I’ve had some issues regarding my email client.
Whenever I am connected to Wifi (works over 4G) I get a timeout error.
Would this be a record issue again or something else?

The mail record appears to be set to 
. You should set it to 
as Cloudflare can’t proxy mail.
