When I switched to Cloudflare nameservers, my email and CalDav services on my server failed. I use cPanel v70.

I’m surprised about CalDav, as that usually uses HTTP, but you can try to fix both issues by setting the relevant DNS entries to 
.
Both route through mail.domain.com, and I tried that. Email uses port 993 for imap and 465 for smtp, and CalDav uses port 2080
If mail.domain.com is set to 
, it shouldn’t be an issue. If you post the domain name, I can take a closer look. Otherwise, you can open a Support Ticket:

Do you have two DNS entries for ‘mail’? The first one in my lookup looks ok, but the second is a CNAME for the naked domain which is going through Cloudflare
