Email alias not working

My email alias in GetResponse disappeared. I noticed this because I was not receiving replies from my autoresponder recipients. The original alias was [email protected] pointing to [email protected]. I set up a new alias, [email protected] pointing to same gmail but replies are not being received. I have checked both MX settings in DNS and they appear correct. Please assist.’s MX record is pointing to a :orange: Proxied hostname. Any hostname involved with email should be set to :grey: DNS Only. You can Edit your email-related DNS records to toggle them to DNS Only.

As for the alias, you’d have to check with GetResponse what’s going on. It may be due to the MX record issue.
