Email Address Obfuscation turned on all by itself after being disabled yesterday??

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I disabled Email Address Obfuscation yesterday for directmailquotes.com, then caught that it was officially impacting a different URL today for the first time. When I went to disable it for the other URL, I saw it was once again enabled for directmailquotes.com. Why did it turn back on? Why are these settings being applied on our behalf without any warning? Am I missing something (additional steps required to truly disable it, a way to opt out of automatically applied features as they update/change)??

There was a bug yesterday where the switch in the dashboard didn’t actually work, but it’s fixed now:
