Your domain is currently configured to use Cloudflare Email Routing. But this service is only for receiving and forwarding incoming emails to existing mailboxes: Cloudflare Email Routing itself does not have mailboxes to connect to, and cannot be used to send emails.
You need to disable the Cloudflare Email Routing provided you’ve enabled (note that this is off by default – but you had it enabled), check the DNS page to ensure all MX and TXT(SPF) records are removed, and add the DNS records for the “email server” you mentioned.
If you don’t know what your email server’s DNS records should be, ask your email service provider for help, or tell us who that provider is and we may be able to nudge you in the right direction.
Hi, GeorgeAppiah
thanks for considerate advice
And what should I do now while I don’t know who is my email server provider?
I had my email account with my domain registration on this cloudflare service.
Email service, especially email with your own domain, is typically not a free service. It may have come with website hosting (if you have one), or it may be something you’re paying separately for. No one here can guess that for you.
Looking up your domain’s DNS, I can see Apple’s iCloud+ Email DKIM signature. And since you mentioned iPhone, could this be the email service you were using previously?
To get Apple’s iCloud+ Email working for your domain, first disable the Cloudflare Email Routing service completely (select the Delete and Disable option when prompted). After this, follow Apple’s give (linked below) to add the necessary DNS records to your domain in your Cloudflare dashboard (see documentation below).
