Email account migration issue

Hi there,
I hope anyone Cloudflare’s staff is reading. In the past we did change our account email address and since that moment we are experiencing some issue with our dashboard. We did already open a ticket few months ago… but it seems problem still there.

For example:

  • we cannot open a ticket
  • we are logged out every time (even if we check on remember flag)
  • no all DNS record are showed in (random) projects
