I would like to eliminate render blocking resources which are CSS and Java scripts.

I used autoptimize plugin and activate defer CSS. after that I determine the critical CSS and I tested the performance of the website however I eliminate the render blocking but I faced problem in cumulative layout shift

Cloudflare has no control over CSS, other than the Minification function.

If that affects CLS, then you’ll have to make adjustments to how your CSS loads. Again, Cloudflare does not have a feature to customize CSS.
