What is the issue you’re encountering

I set up cloudflare today, my website is in wordpress with elementor and the website works right. But when I go to the elementor builder the container editor keeps loading and get stuck. Any suggestions?

Have you checked your Console under the Developer Tools (F12) for any errors? :thinking:

Could be either caching or Rocket Loader.

Consider checking below article for help:

Regarding Browser Cache TTL, try setting it to “Respect Existing Headers”.

Therefore, use the button which says “Purge Everything” to clear the cache at Cloudflare.

Also, try opening your Website in a different Web browser, or delete cache from your current one to see if there’s any difference at all.

If not, try to disable Rocket Loader to see if anything different:

I already cleaned the cache and I haven´t switch on rocket loader.

About the Console I see this:

May I ask if you’ve tried the troubleshooting steps from below article? :thinking:

There si some issue with loading the Elementor scripts, however looks like an SSL issue as well for the other resources :thinking:

May I ask what SSL option have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab at Cloudflare dashboard for your domain ( Flexible, Full, Full Strict … )? :thinking:

Before moving to Cloudflare, was your Website working over HTTPS connection?

Best way is to temporary Pause Cloudflare for your site. Wait few minutes. Double-check the origin SSL certificate. Renew it. After the Website works okay over HTTPS, un-pause and all good.

Steps for troubleshooting:

  1. Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
  2. The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
  3. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS without any error
  4. Check with your hosting provider / Plesk panel / cPanel AutoSSL / Let’s Encrypt / ACME / Certbot and manually click to renew it
  5. Only then, when your website responds over HTTPS, you should un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s set to Full (Strict).
