Only sometimes does my element visibility event fire and get recorded in GA4
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
My main question is are you supposed to send the zara.track() method when listening for element visibilty events?
I’m using the element visibiliity like a scroll indicator by seeing which sections of a landing page or sales letter actually get viewed.
I am sending the event to GA4. In GA4 I created a custom dimension to consume the event.
Sometimes I get data… but most of the time I do not. But I am NOT using zara.track() to actually send the event itself.
I was/am under the impression that zaraz should see the element visibility as long as your listening to the page view and have the trigger setup in the dashboard.
But maybe I’m wrong??
