hi guys, i tried using elastic email with my new domain through cloudflare with cloudways.
what’s weird is, i updates all the mx, spf, DKIM, Tracking, and DMARC records.
mind you, all in all, only one hour has passed, maybe i should wait longer?
i don’t know, would love advice

Do you find the expected response for the records being checked when you look them up from your preferred command line, mobile, or web based tools?
ok i resolved the issue, it appears i had ‘proxied’ on. that’s why it didn’t connect
