I’m having same issue as this closed thread:
I have a bunch of domains on my Cloudflare account but only two of them have this issue. Affected domains are .com
I tried these but no luck:
- I disabled and re-enabled the universal certificates;
- I removed domains and added them back.
I’m on a Pro account. I created a technical ticket 6 hours ago but I didn’t get any reply yet besides a generic bot message.
I appreciate if someone could escalate my ticket.

Here is their reply to my ticket:
Thanks for contacting Cloudflare support.
The certificate did not renew because the previously the certificate CA was Digicert,
however Cloudflare is migrating out from Digicert, hence the cert did not renew.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused, you should not be seeing the same issue again for the same domain.
I will then close this request for now, however if you have any more questions,
simply reply to this email and we will be happy to help.
