Edge Certificate's status is still "Deleted"

Hi,

I’m getting the following issue:

The edge certificate’s status is still “Deleted”, although I followed the instructions:

  • disabled universal ssl
  • waited 5 minutes
  • enabled universal ssl
  • waited 15 minutes. Actually much more

And I still see that certificate’s status is “Deleted”. I’m using free plan.

Did anyone face the same issue? How did you solve it? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I already fixed it by buying advanced certificate. Now I checked and I see that universal certificate is also active. So I think the issue solved itself. Thanks to everyone.
