there is no edge certificate for this domain

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

there was mutiple subdomain certificates last month, but all of them disappear today. When I visit my website with https, ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH appears. I have tried disable and enable Universial SSL for many times, It doesn’t work.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Hello,
When you check the DNS tab of your Cloudflare Dashboard, do you see records for all the expected subdomains?
Are they “proxied” (orange-clouded)?

I am still using Cloudflare Partner control panel for this domain. all the subdomains records are working, and all of them are proxied.

Could you please enable Universal SSL under SSL/TLS > Edge Certificates and leave it enabled?
