I have toggled Universal SSL multiple times and checked for DNS issues at lets debug.net.

I see that the current status is on Pending Validation with the following remarks:
Cloudflare will validate the certificate on your behalf. No action is required.
Please make sure to use proxy mode on your DNS Records page in order to activate SSL.
