That site isn’t using Cloudflare. It’s using AWS name servers and points to AWS Hosting.

I read elsewhere I need to point to the Cloudflare name servers to use the edge certificate. Is that correct?
With a Business or Enterprise subscription you also have the option of using a Partial (CNAME) setup. All other plans require your domain use Cloudflare nameservers to obtain an Edge certificate.
