Edge certificate shows validation timeout, how to fix this? Otherwise my website cannot use SSL. thanks

May I ask, when you navigate to the Cloudflare dashboard → SSL/TLS tab → Edge Certificates, does it says “Universal” or “Advanced”? 
Kindly, may I ask could you follow the instruction (steps) as described from the below post to try to fix your issue?:
Furthermore, may I ask you to double-check if your domain is using Cloudflare nameservers?
Nevertheless, did it worked since before and recently it stopped, or?
Do you remember did you changed anything in the Cloudflare dashboard regarding the SSL/TLS options?
Have you got maybe some outstanding payment waiting to be paid or?
