What is the issue you’re encountering

DNS is fully managed by Cloudflare, and I see the message “Cloudflare will validate the certificate on your behalf. No action is required.” however it seems stuck.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Enabled DNSSEC. Disabled/re-enabled Universal SSL.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Full (strict)

I am sorry to hear this happen.

Can see no issue with DNSSEC, and your domain resolves over :orange: proxied hostname.

May I ask if you’ve followed the instructions from below article?:

Since the domain registrar is Cloudflare, if you keep getting the error, can you create a Registrar ticket? You can open a Registrar ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support.

Hi,

I’ve gone through the process on the link you sent with no fix.

I opened a registrar ticket and have been told they are unable to help me since it is not a registrar issue despite linking this community post, and am not even recieving a reply anymore. Still having the issue and had to change temporarily to a Let’s Encrypt certificate but this has meant some of our services are still down.
