Edge certificate expired won't renew

My edge certificate is expired and will not renew.
I have disabled Universal SSL and enabled after waiting as well turn off ssl and switch to Flexible but it hasn’t renewed.and stays expired. How do I get it to renew?

What is the domain?

The SSL/TLS mode has nothing to do with the edge certificate. Use only “Full (strict)” to secure connections to your server from Cloudflare.

Assuming that Universal SSL is enabled again, try setting your DNS records to “DNS only”, wait at least a minute and then set to proxied again and see if that generates the certificate.

Otherwise try raising an account ticket here…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
…and post back the ticket number and maybe a passing staff member can help to see what’s happened.

Make sure to switch your SSL/TLS to “Full (strict)” though.

Looks like I can not submit ticket as i am a free user.

You can create an “Account” ticket on a free plan.
