What is the issue you’re encountering
Almost a week ago, Universal SSL certificate was expiring, and cannot be renewed automatically by Cloudflare.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve already tried to deactivate then reactivate the universal SSL. I’ve also tried to manually add TXT records and follow the link that I receive in the Cloudflare email, but nothing of those worked.
For information, the website is on Cloudflare for many years, and worked without any problem before the start of the week, without any need to manually create an edge certificate.
Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
