Edge Cache TTL to 0

Hello, I use Nitropack and Cloudflare. Because of Nitropack I want to set the Edge Cache TTL to 0. In the settings 0 does not exist, only 2 min is the smallest. Is there another way?

Edge Cache TTL would be the same as Bypass Cache. You can set this in Page Rules.

I can’t find the bypass cache in the page rules. (See screenshot)
