My edge backup certificate has never been issued. How long does it usually take?
How long has your site been on Cloudflare? They are not always provisioned instantly.
It has been five days and it has not been issued yet. Other sites will be issued soon.
Does it say pending or just doesn’t show?
What does the edge certificate section look like for your site?
Currently only one common certificate is shown, no backup certificate.

@X1uND I heard back from them, and they believe the backup cert has been issued now. If this is not the case then please share account and zone ID.
