Currently ESNI is supported on cloudflare.com which was updated to ECH after draft 6/7 draft-ietf-tls-esni-06 . On the other hand, crypto.cloudflare.com supports ECH draft 13 draft-ietf-tls-esni-13 .
When can we expect all cloudflare.com services to update from ESNI to ECH ?

Hey, I doubt you’ll get an answer here on the forum, this is something only Cloudflare knows
Your best shot would be to make a ticket by emailing support @ cloudflare.com
