[ECH]Does Cloudflare plan to switch to the latest version of the draft?

Hello,

I noticed that Cloudflare is continuing to follow ECH: Handshake Encryption: Endgame (an ECH update)

According to a report, ECH with the extension value 0xffce has been targeted, so users cannot use 1.1.1.1 + ECH in the Chinese mainland.

But I noticed that in the latest version of the draft (draft-ietf-tls-esni-13), the extension values have become 0xfe0d and 0xfd00. Does Cloudflare plan to switch to the latest version of the draft?

I’m quite confident they will keep up with draft versions, and final when it comes out.

As for when, that’s unknown. They usually don’t publish an ETA for work-in-progress.
