Encrypted ClientHello ECH (beta) causes site not to load in Chrome 117 (which now includes ECH). Error in Chrome 117.0.5938.150 (Official Build) on Windows and Version 117.0.5938.149 (Official Build) on Mac is: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH. I was able to get the site working again only by temporarily disabling TLS 1.3. I would like to raise this issue to the Cloudflare team and I am also submitting a bug report to the Chrome team.

It seems to work for me on 117.0.5938.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
