What is the issue you’re encountering

We tried to link a SSL to EasyWP and they said it was an us issue, just wanted to see why out OS did not work.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

The certificate on your origin server is configured for the names ingress-erytho.ewp.live and *ingress-erytho.ewp.live. You need to use a certificate that matches the name your site uses. You can use any valid publicly trusted certificate or you can create a free Cloudflare Origin CA certificate that will only work with proxied hostnames. You will want to check with EasyWP to see how to fix your certificate.

To clarify, that is not what we did, we used our domain name, and it still did not work, we never tried to do their domain name.
