Since we changed to Cloudflare, the Airmail and Freshdesk cannot communicate with our addresses. I think they cannot login to our clinet.
Can you please help me what should I do or how should I solve this problem?
In Cloudflare e-mail routing is disabled.

Additioanal info as I see: since Cloudflare, the mailbox is not allowing Freshdesk or Airmail to authenticate.
What is the domain name? Can you post a screenshot of your DNS settings?

There is a ton of DNS records inside the Zone editor so I’m not sure what should I post.
If you use
mail.safebebag.com to connect to your mail server through a mail client (POP, SMTP, IMAP), that hostname is proxied. Cloudflare can only proxy HTTP connections so this will need to be set to “DNS only”.
