E-mail Problem under my Domain

Dear Cloudflare,

I just noticed that e-mails on my domain are not functioning well.
They are [email protected] and [email protected]

Both are from my domain name www,greatjaidblog.com messages are not received and not delivered to recipient.
I contacted my domain regisrar (Upperlink Limited), I was told to get in touch with Cloudflare.

Kindly help on this issue.

If you have any DNS records set to :orange: that serve email services, set them back to :grey: since Cloudflare won’t proxy it.

Regarding your outbound mails there could be an issue with your PTR if you’re sending mails directy from your server. This can only be set by your provider.
