CNAME Cross-User Banned

What happened?

You’ve requested a page on a website that is part of the [Cloudflare] network. The host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is not allowed by Cloudflare’s security policy.

What can I do?

If this is an R2 custom domain, it may still be initializing. If you have attempted to manually point a CNAME DNS record to your R2 bucket, you must do it using a custom domain. Refer to [R2’s documentation for details.

Does this apply to you?

What does R2 mean?

Sorry, I see that wouldn’t apply. The error message mentioned it, but I see your CNAME points to what looks like a pages.dev hostname. That’s similar to what I mentioned in the R2 docs, but here’s more info on the correct way to set that up?

Please make sure you’re using the Pages dashboard to create a CNAME, and not the DNS Records dashboard.

Hello @sdayman
I checked out the tutorial you put above but it only has options to link to github
.bullet.site is hosted by a company Bullet.so. I previously point CNAME to kessiezhang.bullet.site which later i deleted the site, and now I want it to point to kessiezhang2.bullet.site
However i face this 1014 error

Update!! I now only has CNAME, @, kessiezhang2.bullet.site
and the error i get is timeout, because it never finish loading

problem solved with the site I was using
