I tryed to cancel the service, but it halted the image transformations on my website. I have reached out to support multiple times, yet I have received no response. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

I have the same issue. The service is really terrible, with a lack of accountability and no response from customer support.

This is unacceptable! The Pro plan should have the support and the tickets, but no one has been able to respond. I have been waiting for months and have only received two responses, neither of which have resolved my issue.
