That sounds like something on your server that means you have 2 identical pages, however you can use Page Rules to redirect domain.co.uk/home-page to domain.co.uk if you want.

No problem. That should work, it will also forward anything beyond /home-page e.g. /home-page/something else and you may not want the * at the end if you just want to redirect the one page.
