What is the issue you’re encountering

We are being told that we have a duplicate record but cannot locate the duplicate

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have changed what we thought was the dup to DNS only. We have tried adding the new as DNS only. It won’t accept the CNAME or A.

Okay, what should I do? I tried changing that one to DNS only and it didn’t work.

Delete it or edit it to the correct new value.
