Duplicate domains under different users in the same account

The domain is pending in the account you are using here and as you correctly pointed out, active in a different account.

A good way to check is to look for two different sets of cloudflare nameservers as that is a very good indicator you are logged into the wrong account. Check the domain has nameservers here, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool. If the two you see on whatsmydns are not the two you see shown on this page, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns then you are most certainly in the wrong account.

The only way you’ll be able to regain access to the account with the active domain is by having access to the email address of the other account. I’d start with this link, if you don’t know the email. Do that and then check any other email accounts for an email on gaining access. Thanks very much for the quick response. I do have access to both users within our account, the user that is holding the existing domain and the one with the new duplicate domain I created by accident. I just want to make sure that if I remove the new domain that it won’t affect the existing domain in the other user since they are both in the same account.

Deleting a domain in an account where a zone isn’t active won’t impact a domain where it is.
