Billing issues requre a Billing ticket with Support
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
The first ticket was created on March 13, 2025. Apart from the automated response, there has been no further update. Could you please let us know how long we should expect to wait for a response from a support representative? I’m not seeing any way to reach Cloudflare in such cases.
