Drop a website using our brand but we don't have contact of the people in charge

What is the issue you’re encountering

I work for a company called MotoBike Sports (MBS) in Ecuador. We are facing the situation of building our website, and in this intent, we made it through a company/person that we don’t remember who he/they was/were. So, we wan’t to drop the website but we do not know how to get to the group in charge to made it happen and start over.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Support from cloudfare.com, it redirects to community.cloudfare.com

Cloudflare isn’t your web host, but a proxy that protects your actual web hosting.

If the Cloudflare account is not yours, then Cloudflare will not give you any information about it.

To take control of your DNS to point at new hosting you will need to change the nameservers at your registrar to those for a new Cloudflare account or other DNS provider.
