DownGraded to Free Plan

What is the name of the domain?

arpatech.com, amsat.ai, ravastudios.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

We have three domains on Cloudflare’s Pro Plan, each belonging to a different account. All three accounts experienced a similar issue where a partial invoice of $235 was charged, and afterward, the accounts were downgraded to the Free Plan. The credit cards attached to these accounts were valid, and when we manually clicked ‘Pay Now’ for the remaining $3-$5, the payment was successfully processed on the same cards. However, the accounts remain on the Free Plan. Additionally, one of the applications experienced a code injection attack, which could have been prevented had the Pro Plan been active. We need an immediate resolution to this issue!!!

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have created support ticket 01217134, which was marked closed with any comments from Cloudflare, later we opened 01226030 which is still pending for a week now. Today, I opened another ticket 01230558.

Greetings,

Thank you for writing.

I am so sorry to hear this happen to you.

Thank you for sharing such feedback and sharing your ticket numbers here with us.

I’ve escalated your cases further to the team.

Kindly and patiently wait for a reply

To be honest, this the worst support I am geeting ever from any tech platform. Due to Cloudflare’s billing bug all of our accounts downgraded to the “free” plan and no body is now bothering to respond to our tickets since we are in a “free” plan.

One of our core website got compromised in a code injection attack which could have avoided if the premium WAF features were active. We have been using Cloudflare for past few years now and looks like its time we start looking for alternatives!!
