What is the issue you’re encountering

We are receiving two invoices from Cloudflare for the remaining time on your Cloudflare Business Plan from May 12 to June 5, 2025, despite already paying for the month and currently being on the free plan. We are wondering why we are being charged for this payment. Why Cloudflare downgraded from the Business plan to the free plan despite already paying for the month.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
