Cloudflare forgot that we had loadbalancing setup, loadbalancing UI is broken, but DNS overview still shows the loadbalancer.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Purchase Business Plan
Buy and setup load balancing
Buy CDN+ARGO+Loadbalancing package (Cloudflare vs. AWS CloudFront | CDN & DDoS)
Cloudflare now thinks that load balancing is not enabled, and it cannot be re-enabled via the UI.

Luckily we are only evaluating Cloudflare loadbalancing and it was only enabled on a subdomain.
Here is a screenshot of the DNS page still showing the loadbalancer
