Double redirection?

Hi,
I got an email from SEO company that provides services for me. They asked me to fix one redirection problem and they point to Cloudflare configuration as source of the issue:

it seems that if I enter h-t-t-p://www.zdrap.to (my page), I am firstly redirected to “h-t-t-p-s://www” and then to “https://”. I would like to skip middle step, the one with www, so I would like to have it working like this:

http://www -> https://

As I am not familiar with DNS setup, can you please assist to have it fixed with Cloudflare configuration?

Is there a way to use “Page Rules” redirect before CF uses “Always Use HTTPS”? I want to redirect http://example.com to https://www.example.com using just one redirect. When I set “Always Use HTTPS” and “Page Rule”: example.com/* --> https://www.example.com/$1 there are two redirects: first to https://example.com and second https://www.example.com.
